Feelari Nocellara is an oil taken from a particular variety of Sicilian olives.
In our territory, olive growing has very ancient origins. It is, in fact, really common in this territory, due to the positive environmental conditions that allows a good development of this cultivar.
FeelAri Nocellara is an absolute excellence of Italian food culture, capable of offering a unique mix of extraordinary flavors and scents. A single tasting is enough to appreciate all the organoleptic qualities.

To the nose, FeelAri Nocellara shows pleasant fragrances of almonds, freshly cut grass, artichokes and sometimes aromatic herbs. The taste is slightly bitter and spicy, with just a little sweet note.
Our olive oil can be appreciated raw on vegetables, salads and meat dishes. Despite this, it can also be cooked during the preparation of fish-based plates and roasts.
Olive treatment and production methods are really interesting. Harvest is completed between the end of October and early November, and no substances are applied for stimulating a quicker ripening of the fruits. Processing takes place only and exclusively 24 hours after harvest to keep all the organoleptic properties unchanged.
The Feelari Nocellara oil obtained from this manufacturing process is lively and pleasant and is characterized by an intense green color and golden reflections.
Its taste is reminiscent of fruit, with bitter and spicy sensations that allows it to keep a great balance and a strong intensity. We recommend stocking the oil between a temperature of 10°C and 18°C degrees, in order to prevent any exposure to the cold and the heat, and to keep it away from direct sunlight. Follow these suggestions to preserve its original taste and quality.
